Founder & Talent Community Manager, International HR Club
Timur has spent 7+ years in global Talent Acquisition, leading and delivering hiring across 30 countries. His experience spans Big Tech, consulting, and freelance projects, recruiting for Finance, HR, Legal, and Business Support functions.
Today, Timur leads International HR Club, a peer-to-peer community bringing together 2,000+ HR and Talent professionals across 50 countries.
Based in Brussels, Timur is a strong advocate for building meaningful professional connections through knowledge sharing and peer support.
